The CIA was founded by Stephane Fayd'herbe in 2006. He is the driving force behind setting and establishing the company's standards and his commitment to providing exceptional service has resulted in its growth and success.

Stephane's passion is people and their potential and as such he has a proven track record of managing large teams in various industries. His skills are broad and varied and his enthusiasm and dedication, with which he runs all aspects of his life, has seen him excel in a diverse range of fields; from his international equestrian career as a World Cup showjumping competitor and trainer, to engineering a livestock export business, from managing the sales and marketing of an executive retreat, to the CFO of an advertising agency and now as CEO of the Cleaning Institute of Australia.

People respond well to Stephane and as a result he is able to help them reach their full potential. Through his involvement with a highly competitive sport from an early age and being trained by members of the French cavalry he has a highly developed eye for detail, executing all projects with military precision. These qualities, along with his professional business management, will ensure the continued growth and prosperity of the CIA.
